Seebad Bansin, Germany – historical postcard, DDR, 1970s
Original postcard from the resort of Seebad Bansin, located on the German island of Usedom on the Baltic Sea coast. The postcard depicts a promenade, a beach colonnade and a bustling spa town in period style. On the back is a handwritten message, a postage stamp and a postmark from the then German Democratic Republic (DDR), sent to Czechoslovakia. The date of sending is not entirely legible, but based on the style and stamp, it is estimated to be the 1970s. The postcard is in very good condition, suitable for a collection of historical correspondence cards from Europe.
