Original old postcard with a colorful image of the famous Matterhorn peak (4505 m) in the Swiss Alps. In the foreground a picturesque mountain hut surrounded by a grassy meadow and flowers, in the background the majestic Matterhorn mountain. Photographer: J. Gabarell. On the back of the postcard there is a standard unwritten inscription, publisher Gebr. Wettstein A.-G., Matterhornkäsfabrik, Zürich 3. Excellent collector's condition with minor signs of age (see photo). A great addition to a collection of postcards with the theme of Switzerland and the Alps.
