Original old postcard with a motif of the High Tatras, specifically Štrbské pleso and the surrounding peaks. On the front side there is a black and white photograph of a mountain lake with a panorama of the Tatra peaks, capturing the typical landscape of Slovakia. The back of the postcard is used for postage, with a Czechoslovakian stamp and a legible stamp from Tatranská Lomnica dated 15.VIII.1949. The postcard is addressed to Moravia, with handwritten text. Smaller format, normal wear, minor signs of age. A perfect collector's item from the period before 1950.
