Old postcard Piešťany - Spa, Slovakia, 1911, small format

An old postcard with a motif of the spa town of Piešťany (Kúpele Piešťany - Bad) depicts part of the historic spa building. This is a black and white postcard, probably issued before 1950, as indicated by the style of the graphics and the postmark on the back. The postcard bears a handwritten dedication and was sent to an address in Zlonice u Bzence (Moravia). The front side shows a bus shelter and people moving around the main colonnade. The overall condition is consistent with its age - the postcard has slightly worn corners, minor signs of age and a bend in the lower third. A nice historical collector's item, suitable for a thematic collection of spa towns or Slovak postcards.
