Original old postcard depicting the pilgrimage site of Skalka near Trenčín in Slovakia. The black and white postcard depicts the historical architecture of a Baroque church in a picturesque landscape. The back side shows the standard division for the address and message, the postcard is unwritten and has not been mailed. Publisher Max Fried, Trencsén, number 172. Overall very nice condition with slight traces of age and minor soiling in the corners. Ideal for a collection of Slovak postcards with regional themes, especially pre-war production.
