Ladomírová, wooden church, Svidník district – small format, Slovakia, before 1950
Original black and white postcard from the period before 1950, depicting a wooden church in the village of Ladomírová, Svidník district, Slovakia. This unique sacral object represents a typical example of traditional wooden architecture of the Slovak east. The church is surrounded by trees and the postcard captures both the church itself and the bell tower next to it very nicely. On the back there is a multilingual description (Czech, Ruthenian, Russian) and a printing mark. The postcard is in very good condition with light wear corresponding to its age. Suitable for collectors of historical postcards and those interested in Slovak architecture and sacral monuments.
