High Tatras Štrba – Tourist hut, small format, year 1938

Original old postcard depicting a tourist hut in the High Tatras, Štrba (901 m above sea level), with a panorama of the mountains in the background. On the front side there is a black and white photograph of the hut with the inscription Tourist Hut. The back side is hand-written and has a period postage stamp from Czechoslovakia. A nicely preserved collector's item, minor wear consistent with age. Sent in 1938, addressed to Moravia. Suitable for postcard collectors, lovers of the history of the High Tatras and Slovakia.
