Original old postcard from the High Tatras with a motif of the cable car to Lomnický štít. The postcard depicts striking rock massifs with a cable car that rises to the top. Issued before 1950, postmarked with a stamp from Tatranská Lomnica dated 18.VII.49. Impressive design, on the back a handwritten message and a stamp with a portrait of President Klement Gottwald. A very nice collector's item documenting transport and tourism in the High Tatras in the mid-20th century.
