Postcard Venus of Mel (Louvre, Paris) – France, unused

Original collector's postcard depicting the famous ancient statue of Venus de Milo, one of the most important exhibits of the Louvre Museum in Paris. On the front is a black and white photograph of the statue with the caption "MUSÉE DU LOUVRE – VÉNUS DE MILO (face)". The postcard was made in France, as can be seen from the back. The condition is very good, clean, unmarked, with only minor signs of age. An ideal addition to a collection of thematic postcards from the fields of art, history or France.
