Postcard with a reproduction of a painting by the painter Fendi entitled Ein Taufgang. The postcard depicts a group of people attending a baptism in front of a church, in a romantic rural setting. The back side shows the publisher Anton Schroll & Co. in Vienna and the 19th century gallery (Obere Belvedere). The condition of the postcard is good, the postcard shows no signs of postal use, only minor traces of handling. This is an interesting collector's item combining motifs of traditional painting and historical Austrian editions.
