Old postcard Náchod 1917 – Forest landscape, field post, World War I
An old postcard with a motif of a lunar landscape and a log cabin in a deep forest. On the front side there is an artistically executed night scene with the moon, an owl and a forest cabin, surrounded by trees and with an inscription in several languages (e.g. Von Berg zu Tal etc.), which increases its collector's value. The postcard is hand-written, with a sent postage stamp and a postmark from Náchod dated 1917. On the back side there is a preserved text and the addressee Jindřich Jonek (field post), which refers to the historical period of the First World War. This is an authentic and valuable item for postcard collectors and those interested in Czech history.
The text description is for guidance only and may not always be 100% accurate - what you see in the photos is what matters.
