Postcard Karl Raupp – Storm at Sea, Family in a Boat, 1908, sent

An old postcard depicting a dramatic scene with a boat on a stormy sea. The postcard depicts a family sailing in a rowboat in stormy waves, with a rower in the foreground and seabirds around. On the front side is the inscription In Gott vertrauen (In trust in God) and the signature of the painter Karl Raupp. The postcard was actually sent, has signs of use and a period stamped stamp from Vienna.
