Postcard with a reproduction of the work of Mikuláš Alš - St. Wenceslas's Choral, published for the thousandth anniversary of the death of St. Wenceslas. The front side depicts a cartoon scene by the prominent Czech painter Mikuláš Alš with the figures of St. Wenceslas and other saints. The back side contains a description including information that the first owner was Alois Jirásek in 1876, and that the original is now exhibited in the Modern Gallery in Prague. The postcard was published by the St. Wenceslas Committee in Prague. A very interesting collector's item from the field of Czech fine art and history. The condition corresponds to its age, see photo.
