Postcard Jaroslav Šetelík – Moods, used by post, Czechoslovakia until 1950
Original postcard by Czech painter Jaroslav Šetelík from the series Nálady/Stimmungen, published before 1950. The postcard has a beautiful drawing of nature, a landscape motif with trees and water, in soft pastel tones, typical of the early 20th century. The author's name is prominently printed on the front. The postcard was used by post, has a handwritten text, addressed to Italy (Riccione) and is provided with three original Czechoslovak stamps with a historical postmark. Condition according to the photos - the postcard bears normal signs of age, edges slightly worn, colors partly patinated, which is, however, common for a collector's item of this age. A great addition to a collection of postcards from the First Republic or works by Czech painters.
The text description is for guidance only and may not always be 100% accurate - what you see in the photos is what matters.
