The back contains text with a historical description of Šternberk Castle, founded in 1242 by Zděslav, son of Diviš of Divišov. The castle was the home of the important Šternberk family. The postcard also has traces of postal use and a handwritten dedication. The condition of the postcard corresponds to its age, with minor wear and patina in places.
