Postcard Dobříš Chateau with park, aerial view, 1965

Original postcard depicting Dobříš Castle from a bird's eye view, including the extensive French park with sculptural decoration. The postcard was issued in Czechoslovakia and on the back bears a handwritten greeting and a postage stamp from 1965. In addition to a description and a short history of the castle (built in 1745–65, authors Julián Robert Cotte and GM Servandoni), there is also a stamp of the post office of that time on the back. An excellent collector's postcard for lovers of historical monuments and Czech correspondence from the second half of the 20th century.
