Kuks – castle hospital with statues of the Virtues, MB Braun, baroque postcard

Original black and white postcard depicting the facade of the castle hospital in Kuks with allegorical statues of the Virtues by Matyáš Bernard Braun (1712–1719). The postcard depicts in detail the famous sculptural ensemble and the historic building, which is an important example of Baroque architecture in the Czech Republic. The text on the back provides information about the location and the author of the sculptures. The condition of the postcard corresponds to its age, the corners are slightly worn, otherwise nicely preserved. A great collector's item for lovers of history, architecture and regional heritage.
