Marianske Lazne, Franz-Josefs-Platz – old postcard, postmarked

Historical postcard from Mariánské Lázně (Marienbad) depicting Franz-Josefs-Platz. The postcard has a pre-war format and a classic period look, on the front side there is a park with a fountain and surrounding buildings, typical of spa architecture of the early 20th century. On the edge there is a prominent red marking Marienbad and Franz-Josefs-Platz. On the back side there is a handwritten text, address and a stamp from Austria-Hungary with a postmark. The postcard is in original condition with a patina corresponding to its age, which proves its authenticity and collector's potential. A great piece for a collection of historical postcards of Czech spa towns.
