Postcard Sokol – Women's Prostration Exercises, 11th Festival, Czech Republic, small format

Historical postcard with the motif of women's floor exercises for the 11th All-Sokol Festival. The front side depicts several women in typical Sokol exercise outfits exercising together on a grassy area, with trees and an open landscape in the background. The postcard is black and white, the author of the photograph is V. Khel. The back side states: Women's floor exercises for the 11th Festival. This is an interesting collector's item documenting the history of the Czech Sokol movement and physical education. The postcard was issued to benefit the construction of the second gymnasium at Tyrš's House. Very good condition, without obvious damage.
