Postcard: Women's open-air exercises for the 11th festival, Sokol, circa 1948, V. Khel

Original old postcard depicting women's floor exercises for the 11th All-Sokol Festival. The photograph by V. Khel shows women performing in an open-air gymnasium. The postcard was issued to support the construction of the second gymnasium of Tyrš's House. The postcard is in very good condition, unused and bears typical signs of the period (sepia tone, small-format paper). A beautiful collector's item documenting the history of Sokol and women's sports activities in the first half of the 20th century.
