Postcard 10th All-Sokol Festival Prague 1938 – original, postmark 26.VI.1938

Original postcard from the 10th All-Sokol Congress in Prague from 1938, issued for the 20th anniversary of the founding of Czechoslovakia (1918–1938). The front side depicts the silhouette of an athlete in a dynamic pose on a colored background with the motif of the Czechoslovak flag. On the left is a column with the inscription "X. All-Sokol Congress in Prague 1938", on the right the year 1918–1938. The back of the postcard contains handwritten text, the postmark AUTOPŠTA 26.VI.38 and the name of the bookstore and publishing house ČOS, Prague III., Tyršův dům. The postcard is in nice collector's condition, suitable for collectors of historical postcards, Sokol monuments and Czechoslovak history.
