Žatec (Saaz), Bürgerliches Bräuhaus – postcard 1897, small format

Historical postcard from 1897 depicting the Bürgerliches Bräuhaus in Žatec (Saaz, Bohemia). On the front side there is a black and white photograph of the famous burgher brewery, below the photograph there is a German description and a handwritten message. On the back side there is the original stamp and postmark. The postcard is addressed to the town of Teschmitz (Tušimice) and is in very good condition considering its age. A very interesting collector's item with a regional theme and authentic postal history from the end of the 19th century.
