Postcard Gross Otschechau (Great Otěchov) 1905, Austria-Hungary

An old postcard with several photographic views of buildings in Velký Očechov (Gross Otschechau i. B.), dating from the Austro-Hungarian period. On the front side there are three black and white shots of local houses and the square with the distinctive inscription Gruss aus Gross Otschechau i. B. . The bottom of the postcard is supplemented with a handwritten message. The back side is provided with a 5 Heller stamp of the time and a postmark from 1905. The postcard is addressed to Mrs. Marie Riedl in Teschinitz bei Saaz. Original period print and nicely legible stamps. An interesting artifact for collectors of old postcards and regional history.
