Original old postcard depicts the famous Jesuit church in Klatovy with its famous catacombs. The postcard depicts not only the exterior of the church itself, but also the unique interiors of the catacombs, where historical coffins and mummies are located. The catacombs under the Jesuit church were built in 1656–1671 and served as a burial place for the brothers of the order and important citizens of the city of Klatovy. This is an attractive and well-known place for lovers of history and mysteries. The postcard is in a nicely preserved condition with the original reverse side without written text.
