Historical postcard with the motif of the ship port in Karlín (Karolinenthal) – Der Schifsshafen, from the early 20th century. The postcard depicts the river embankment with ships, buildings along the shore and the lively atmosphere of the port. On the front side there is a black and white photograph with a caption in German and a personal message. The back side contains a stamp and postmarks, including a handwritten address to Smíchov. The postcard has noticeable age, minor stains and abrasion, authentic patina. Ideal for a collection of water transport monuments and Prague history.
