Postcard Jaroslav Čermák - After the invasion, Salon JPP, preserved

Older postcard with a reproduction of a painting by Jaroslav Čermák titled After the Invasion. The front side depicts a group of people in traditional clothing, captured at the moment they found themselves near a destroyed building. The postcard bears a distinctive ethnographic and historical motif and was created based on the work of an important Czech painter of the 19th century. The back side is unwritten, with only a small hand-numbered number and signs of age. Published by Salon JPP 2247, printed by J. Plichta, Prague. Marginal traces of age and minor yellowing, see scan.
