Old postcard - salon scene, handwritten, Czech Republic until 1950

A small-format historical postcard from the period before 1950. The front side depicts an elegant salon scene with several people in period clothing, evoking the atmosphere of the First Republic or the early 20th century. The high-quality drawing and artistic execution of the picture, which depicts contemporary society in an interior with richly decorated furnishings, are interesting. The back side is provided with a handwritten text from 1906, addressed to Mr. Kuttan at the Želez Hutě u Vrče u Kromník. The postcard is preserved in a condition appropriate to its age, with minor signs of wear on the corners. An exceptional addition to a collection of old Czech postcards and historical souvenirs.
