Old postcard of the Czech Republic - village church, small format until 1950
Old postcard of the Czech Republic of a smaller format, dated before 1950. On the front side there is a color drawing depicting a village church with a tower, surrounded by trees and a fence, in the foreground there is a spring festival or market. Beautiful detailed design typical of Czech postcards from the first half of the 20th century. On the back side there is a handwritten text, address and a period stamp Czechoslovakia. Issued by the Vincentinum House of Mercy in Prague-Břevnov for the benefit of its incurable cripples. The postcard bears signs of age - slight wear and light stains on the edges. Ideal for adding to a collection of historical Czech postcards or as an interesting collector's artifact with charitable significance.
The text description is for guidance only and may not always be 100% accurate - what you see in the photos is what matters.
