Historical postcard Pirano – port, ships, Austria-Hungary

Original historical postcard with the motif of the city of Pirano (today Piran in Slovenia) on the Adriatic coast. The postcard dates from the Austro-Hungarian period and was issued as an official postcard of the KriegsHilfsBüro, KK Ministerium des Innern, No. 302, in support of refugees from the south. On the front side there is a picturesque view of the harbor with ships by the coast and a panorama of the city with a distinctive tower. The back side is blank, with a preprint and space for a stamp. A very nice collector's item suitable for historical collections or as decoration.
