Painted postcard Sonnenuntergang am Meer – sea, sunset, 1909

Older postcard depicting a dramatic sea surface with waves at sunset. This is an artistic postcard published by Raphael Tuck & Sons, Sonnenuntergang am Meer series (OILETTE), catalog number 5256. The postcard was sent and bears an Austro-Hungarian stamp dated 1909. The condition corresponds to its age - there are visible signs of wear in the corners and along the center line (a bend in the middle, slightly scuffed corners). The back is described and stamped, the stamp is preserved. Suitable for collectors of old painted postcards with a maritime theme.
