Postcard Prague in Winter – small format, 1941, architect Vaněk
Original period postcard from the first half of the 20th century titled Prague in Winter by architect Vaněček. On the front side is a beautiful winter panoramic photograph of Prague Castle and its surroundings, houses covered in snow and silhouettes of towers show the typical atmosphere of Prague in winter. The back side is described with a handwritten text from 1941 and provided with period Czechoslovak stamps with a portrait of President Beneš. The postcard is in preserved collector's condition with minor signs of wear corresponding to its age. A very nice postcard for collectors, lovers of old Prague and historical views.
The text description is for guidance only and may not always be 100% accurate - what you see in the photos is what matters.
