Prague - Charles Bridge and Hradčany, postcard from 1946

Original historical postcard with a motif of Prague Castle and Charles Bridge, probably from the period shortly after World War II. On the front side there is a beautiful black and white photo of Charles Bridge with a view of the statues and the famous Prague Castle in the background. The back side is stamped with a postmark from Prague, dated 3 June 1946, with a short personal message. The postcard has minor signs of age and wear - see photos. This is a very interesting collector's item documenting the post-war atmosphere of Prague. A great addition to a collection of historical postcards or for lovers of Prague and its history.
