Original historical postcard with a motif of the embankment in Prague near the Šítkov Tower and a steamer on the Vltava. The photograph shows a river steamer at the bank, the architecture of the surrounding buildings and a typical urban scenery of the first half of the 20th century. The postcard is postmarked, with a Böhmen und Mähren stamp and a postmark from 1941 (Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia). On the back there is a handwritten text addressed to Mr. Josef Slavík. An ideal opportunity for collectors of historical postcards with a focus on Prague and water transport.
