Ferdinand's Barracks in Karlín – historical postcard, Prague, postmarked

Older postcard depicting Ferdinand's barracks in Karlín (Prague), printed in a reddish-brown tone. The postcard was sent from Prague, and is marked with a period stamp and postmark. On the other side is a handwritten message addressed to Miss Šťastná in Svarov u Unhoště. The postcard bears typical signs of age, such as worn corners, small stains and fine bends, which underlines its authenticity and collector's value. It is a beautiful document of the historical architecture of Prague and at the same time a unique postal document from the first half of the 20th century.
