Postcard Prague Hradčany evening, Šetelík, used, small format

Original historical postcard with a motif of Prague's Hradcany in the evening light by the painter Jaroslav Šetelík. The dominant feature on the front is the Prague Castle and Charles Bridge, captured in impressive color shades of the sunset, the reflection in the water beautifully illustrates the atmosphere. The postcard has been sent and is postally used - on the back is visible handwritten dedication and postmark from Prague. The postcard shows signs of age, the corners are slightly bent and there are small abrasions visible on the surface in places. A unique collector's item from the early 20th century, suitable for a collection or as a gift for lovers of Prague and historical postcards.
