Postcard USSR 1963 – Amur tiger, Moscow Zoo

Original postcard from the Soviet Union from 1963. On the front side there is a color photo of an Ussuri (Amur) tiger with information that it is the pride of the Moscow Zoo. The Amur tiger lived here since 1953 and its weight was 250 kg. The postcard shows signs of age, slightly worn corners and small bends, but otherwise it is in good collector's condition. The back side contains a description in Russian and is unwritten. This is an interesting period collector's item for lovers of animals or historical postcards.
