Antique postcard Heimliche Liebe (Secret Love) – painting, motif of a loving couple
An old postcard titled Heimliche Liebe (Secret Love) from a series of art postcards. On the front side there is a colorful painting of a loving couple embracing in front of a red door, in a romantic forest corner. The postcard is slightly worn, with visible signs of age and minor abrasions along the edges. On the back side there is a handwritten text and a collector's stamp from the Tatras. The text of the postcard is in several languages (German, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, French), which adds to its collector's and historical charm. This is a beautiful example of a postcard from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, suitable for a collection thematically focused on painting or romanticism.
The text description is for guidance only and may not always be 100% accurate - what you see in the photos is what matters.
