Under the Rough Rock – old postcard with a castle and a postage stamp
An old postcard titled Pod Hrubou Skálou, depicting the picturesque scenery below the famous Hrubá Skála castle in the Bohemian Paradise. On the front side we see a rural scene with figures and in the background the recognizable silhouette of the castle. The postcard is in a classic smaller format, it was actually sent, on the back there is a Jungbunzlau postmark and a period stamp of Austria-Hungary (5 hellers). The condition corresponds to its age, minor damage to the corners and light soiling, see photo. A rarity for lovers of regional history and collectors of postcards with castles.
