Postcard Konopiště Castle – Oskar Schmidt, Czechoslovakia, cancelled

An artistic postcard with the motif of Konopiště Castle based on a watercolor by academic painter Oskar Schmidt. The postcard depicts a picturesque view of the castle and its surroundings with a pond, rich vegetation and a detailed drawing of architectural elements. On the back there is a handwritten dedication, a stamp and a postmark from the period of the First Czechoslovak Republic. The postcard was published by the Adolf Kremer publishing house, Prague-Vinohrady, Máchova 12. A very nice collector's item for lovers of historical postcards and castles or chateaux, well-preserved condition - see photo.
