Brno – Špilberk – historical castle postcard

Original historical postcard depicting the famous Brno castle Špilberk. The postcard is black and white, probably from the first half of the 20th century. On the back there is a circular stamp with the name BRNO - ŠPILBERK - BRÜNN - SPIELBERG. The motif depicts the central part of the castle on a raised hill above the city of Brno, underlined by dense vegetation on the slope. The postcard is unused, it was probably stored in a collection. The edges and corners bear minor signs of age. Ideal for completing a collection of postcards with motifs of Czech castles and chateaux or regional monuments of Brno.
