Postcard Karlštejn, 1930s, stamp and postmark, original
Original historical postcard depicting the famous Karlštejn Castle, one of the most important Czech castles founded by Charles IV in the 14th century. The postcard is in black and white, well depicting not only the castle itself, but also the surrounding village and landscape. This is a true historical gem, which was used and is provided with a Czechoslovak stamp and stamps from the period of the First Republic. The postcard is hand-described and sent, which adds to its period authenticity and collector's value. Approximate age of the postcard: around 1933 according to the stamps. Condition see photo - slight signs of age and wear on the edges.
