Slovak Christmas postcard by J. Hál - Christmas in Važci (Carol)

I am offering for sale an old Slovak postcard with a Christmas theme, author J. Hála: Vianoce vo Važci (Carol). The postcard depicts a winter village with a couple of children in traditional folk costumes and a dog, snowy roofs and a church tower in the background. On the back it is addressed to Mrs. Helena Francůvová in Písek with a personal Christmas wish. The postcard has a Deutsche Reich stamp with a postmark and is a unique collector's item with historical value from the Slovak period. Condition see photo, light signs of age and wear. Ideal for collectors of ethnographic and folk motifs.
