I am offering for sale an old postcard from 1914, depicting a picturesque image of a country girl carrying two baskets full of eggs and vegetables. The postcard bears an inscription in several languages: German, French, English and Russian under the title Das Land-Mädchen / Jeune fermière / The country girl / Молодая хозяйка фермы . The image is artistic, colorful and faithfully captures the atmosphere of the countryside from the beginning of the 20th century. On the back there is a handwritten message and a postage stamp with a postmark.
