Historical Easter postcard with a drawing by K. Mírovský, Czechoslovakia
This historical postcard with an Easter theme contains a color drawing by K. Mírovský. The front side shows an allegorical Easter motif, where angels representing Peace and Reconciliation are marked. The postcard was published by the publisher S. Klika in Kolokol, Vinohrady, Korunní 27. On the back side is a handwritten letter with wishes for a pleasant Easter, addressed to Miss Mařa Maléjkova, a post office clerk in Prague II. The postcard bears a Czechoslovakian postage stamp with a value of 50 haller. Given the historical value and quality of the illustration, it is suitable for collectors of old postcards, especially with motifs of Czech holidays and traditions.
