Ethnographic postcard with an angel and a toucan, Czechoslovakia

An older postcard with a unique drawing depicts an allegorical scene where a small angel stands face to face with an exotic bird, probably a toucan, under a tall tree at the setting sun. The illustration is detailed and evokes the atmosphere of a mysterious tropical evening. The postcard dates from the first half of the 20th century, is marked with a postage stamp of the then Czechoslovakia and a handwritten dedication. On the back there is a legible written message addressed to Mrs. Hendrichová in Dačice. The postcard is suitable for collectors of ethnographic and historical motifs, as well as for those interested in fine art with a touch of exoticism. The condition is well preserved with a patina of age, without significant damage.
