Spring on Kaňka – Kutná Hora, postcard 1929, small format

Old postcard from the edition Beauty of our Home - Kutná Hora and Kaňk, Series I. The image captures the spring atmosphere in the vicinity of Kaňk (Kutná Hora) - a road leading to a church or other landmark, lined with greenery and old houses. The postcard has a used Czechoslovakia 50 haller stamp and was sent in 1929, which is also confirmed by the handwritten correspondence on the back. Photographed by Antonín Šorm, published by the St. Wenceslas Committee in Prague I, printed by Neubert and Sons, Smíchov. The postcard is very well preserved with small signs of postal traffic and period wear, which underlines its historical value and authenticity. An ideal collector's item for lovers of historical postcards from Bohemia and those who remember Kutná Hora.
