Pilsen - Republic Square, old postcard, small format, postmarked

Original old postcard depicting the historic Republic Square in Pilsen. The black and white image shows the square with period architecture and busy city life. The postcard beautifully shows town houses, a square full of people, a marketplace, and also some historic cars and trams. The postcard is postmarked, with a period stamp and a postmark from the 1930s. On the back is a handwritten message addressed to Mrs. Maria Hlaváčová in Seč near Chrudim. The condition of the postcard corresponds to its age, with minor signs of wear in the corners, and a faint crease in the upper part. An exceptional collector's item from the First Republic period.
