Vimperk – historical black and white postcard, small format, postmarked

Original black and white postcard of the town of Vimperk, depicting the historical part of the town with the town hall tower and a statue in the foreground. This is a small format postcard (until 1950) published by Orbis Publishing House, priced at 2.50 CZK. The postcard was actually postmarked, as evidenced by a stamp with a portrait of President Edvard Beneš and a handwritten text addressed to Prague. Overall, the postcard is in very nice condition and represents an interesting collector's item from the first half of the 20th century.
