I am offering an original old postcard from 1946 with a motif of the snowy peak of Kralický Sněžník (1422 m above sea level). The postcard shows a cottage and the famous snowman column under the peak of the mountain, characteristic of this location. On the back there is a handwritten message, a stamp and a Czechoslovakia stamp with a portrait of a statesman. The author of the photograph is the well-known Šumperk photo studio Opletal. A very interesting collector's item documenting the history of postal correspondence and mountain tourism in the Czech mountains. Condition according to the scan, age and patina correspond to the time of sending.
