HAMR on the Lake – recreational postcard, small format, Czech Republic until 1950

Original old postcard HAMR on Jezeře – recreational center ROH depicting a swimming pool with many vacationers on the beach and in the water. On the back there is a handwritten text, addressed to Prague, franked with a Czechoslovak stamp of František Krameš from 1877–1952. The postcard bears signs of normal wear and tear corresponding to its age, the corners are slightly worn, but the image and text are very well readable. An interesting period view into life in the 1st half of the 20th century. Ideal for a collection of historical postcards from Bohemia.
